    I don’t sleep enough
    I overthink a lot, think about worst case scenarios
    I go on my phone a lot.
    2. I workout as often as possible
    maintain my hygiene everyday
    meditate
    3. better diet
    go outdoors more
    find ways to help myself relax

  2. 1) I often don’t get enough sleep.
    Stress.

    2) I enjoy yoga, pilates and walking in nature
    I enjoy painting and arm knitting.

    3) Get 8 hours of sleep often.
    Learn to reduce stress. Ie: yoga

  3. 1. not enough sleep, on my phone/watching tv a lot, not the greatest eating habits (chocolate, candy, etc.)
    2. suduko’s/puzzles with my mom, good hygiene, yoga with my mom
    3. exercise more, eat healthier, get more sleep (bed earlier)

  4. 1) I dont watch what i eat as much as i should, Destress/ remove unnecessary stressors
    2) Jigsaw puzzles, going for walks, reading books, being active and trying new things
    3) Challenge my brain more, Be more physically active, Give myself time to destress and just be alone in silence

    -1 social activities
    2 do sports
    3 healthy diet
    What would be some practises that you could adopt to reduce your risk for developing dementia and Alzheimer’s disease?
    – find out at least one way to let you be happy and release your stress

  6. All very good suggestions for maintaining a healthy mind! Did you notice that the things we do to keep our body’s healthy will also keep our brains healthy!!!!

  7. – I often overthink things and increase my stress and anxiety levels due to thinking of the worst case scenario
    – I am very social, I go out for walks with my dogs a lot, I try to eat as healthy as possible
    – Could start doing yoga or working out more often to help relieve stress

  8. 1. I stress often, I don’t always exercise enough, and I don’t socialize often.
    2. I eat fairly healthy, I walk a lot, and stimulate my mind intellectually.
    3. I could do more yoga/meditate more often, take more time for myself or more time to socialize, and spend more time at the gym.

  9. 1. I eat a lot of junk food and dont exercise as much as I used to . I overthink a lot and stress about situations that I shouldn’t be stressed about. I dont pay attention to my mental health enough and I dont interact with others often .
    2. I take walks in nature, I try to do dancing whenever I can, I take time for myself, reflect on journals when possible
    3. I could organize my time better, eat a balanced diet , leave time for social interaction and physical activity , exercise my brain

    I drink, I don’t exercise enough, I sometimes eat unhealthy food, I sometimes binge watch TV

    I walk sometimes! Read a lot, socialize, and journal.

    What would be some practises that you could adopt to reduce your risk for developing dementia and Alzheimer’s disease?
    I could exercise more often, eat healthier, and do more yoga!
